OWLtrade

OWLtrade is designed to be a a sort of secret santa, which can be held at any time, and is open to all artists and isn't just a Christmas-y thing, so other deviants who don't participate in celebrating Christmas and other holidays are feeling particularly left out. This is why OWLtrade was deliberately not named something else like OWLsanta etc.

So what actually goes on here? What do I do?

OWLtrade is run just like any other secret santa/trade exchange.

You will note me with a form (which will be featured on the appropiate journal) which includes your character and various other traits. I will then sort them out (into categories, eg anthro, human characters etc) and will then hand them out to someone else randomly in your category. You will then be given time to draw your given character until a certain deadline, and then you will note ~OWLtrade and your given partner.

How do I join?

Simply note ~OWLtrade with a note titled "I'd like to join" or something of the likes and then watch this account. It would also be very helpful if you advertised ~OWLtrade, but it isn't a necessary thing unlike some places.

Then what? Will I have to join every OWLtrade?

No, but you will be notified each time one is running.
